Management Trainee

Job Description

  • Manage operations, staffing, and sales along with profit goals in sole assigned retail store.
  • Manage store's inventory with all established company guidelines.
  • Ensure to receive, check, and place all merchandise orders.
  • Hire, train, guide, discipline, revise, and terminate organization’s employees.
  • Learn about all financial goals of facility and organization through supervising and studying financial performance.
  • Interpret profit and loss statements along with sales forecast.
  • Manages facility through training as well as working in every facility’s operational areas inclusive of sales floor, front-end, and merchandise flow along with office.

Delivery Associate

Job Description

  • Monitors Delivery and Quality Control
  • Prepare defective, incident and accomplishment report for Delivery and Quality Control
  • Handle customer complaints on quality and service.
  • Coordinates with suppliers on factory production defects, incomplete accessories and the likes from received sealed items assembled in front of the customer, and to request immediate action from suppliers.
  • Maintain an updated monthly inventory listing of defective repairs, pending and sale as is.
  • Ensure the proper implementation fo delivery operating policies and procedures.
  • Maximizes utilization of trucks and routes and minimize delivery cost, and etc.

Job Description

  • Write High-Engagement social media content and articles that reflects our brand's voice
  • Collaborate with Marketing, PR and Customer Experience to develop a variety of content marketing materials
  • Produce error-free content that adheres to the company's style guidelines
  • Accountable for checking all the content being advertised is truthful and complies with codes of advertising practice
  • Creates engaging content that is disseminated through advertising
  • Works closely with the marketing department and coordinates with their advertising campaigns

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism or related field
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, email marketing, and web analytics
  • Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively

  • Assist the Audit Manager in the conduct of audit covering financial, operational and field works in order to achieve audit objectives.
  • Identifies and communicates engagement issues as well as engagement progress in a timely and organized manner.
  • Works as an effective team member to complete project components and assigned tasks, including:
  • Completes segments of audits, compilations, and reviews.
  • Assists with the preparation of financial statements, footnote disclosures, and management letter comments.
  • Assists with engagement administration including audit programs, budgets and engagement letters.
